BUCKEYE, Ariz. — Opening dates have been announced for the first tenants of the new Verrado Marketplace in Buckeye.

The retail center’s main anchor tenants and several other stores are all expected to open their doors by the end of this month. Vestar’s 500,000-square-foot marketplace is located near the Verrado Way exit of Interstate 10.

The following opening dates have been announced:
- Ulta Beauty – May 15
- Target – May 17
- Bath & Body Works – May 17
- Famous Footwear – May 20
- Marshalls – May 21
- HomeGoods – May 21
The following businesses are expected to open at Verrado Marketplace in the coming months:

- Paramount Hair
- Pacific Dental
- Elite Shutters and Blinds
- Ross Dress for Less
The entire retail center is projected to be full open by July 2027.
