PHOENIX — Four men have been arrested in connection with an April drive-by shooting in Scottsdale, according to police.

The suspects have been identified as:
- 21-year-old Gabriel Chiruza Lunyerere
- 24-year-old Kywan Jones
- 22-year-old Jamir Smith
- 20-year-old Michel “Ray” Kasereka
Police responded to a shots-fired call at a short-term rental property on April 12, around 10:45 p.m. When they got to the scene, they found multiple bullet holes in the building near McDowell and Hayden roads.
No one was injured in the shooting.
Police said the shooting was believed to be retaliatory for an armed robbery that occurred earlier that day.

The four men were arrested after police obtained search warrants and found multiple firearms that were connected to the shooting.
“Our detectives, analysts, tactical teams, and support personnel did outstanding work in identifying and arresting those responsible for this dangerous shooting,” said Joe LeDuc, Chief of the Scottsdale Police Department.
