Lavotric Jicole Newell was arrested after police say he approached a minor Wednesday morning, just before 7 a.m., and used crude language to say he wanted to have sex with them, according to court documents.

Newell then approached another minor in the same way on Thursday.

Officers were told Newell continued to follow one of the minors after being informed that they were a minor.

The second victim told a school resource officer that Newell had told her he had just gotten out of prison, and they had a nice body. Even after being told the victim was a minor, Newell said he didn’t care and used crude language to say he wanted to have sex with her.

The first victim recorded audio of the encounter, and the second victim took a picture of Newell after he followed her to a friend’s house.
