Bazzini, LLC is recalling several varieties of SkinnyDipped Dark Chocolate Coconut Almond Bites nationwide because the products may contain undeclared peanuts, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.<\/p>\n

The company said people with peanut allergies could face a serious or potentially life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the recalled products.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

No illnesses or allergic reactions had been reported as of Wednesday.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

The recall was issued after a consumer allegedly found peanut butter-containing products inside wrappers labeled as SkinnyDipped Dark Chocolate Coconut Almond Bites in a 10-count package, the company said. Peanuts and peanut butter are not intended ingredients in the product.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

The recalled products were distributed nationwide through retailers, and some were also provided as complimentary samples to consumers.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
