A 19-year-old man accused of helping him escape will also be there to face a judge.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/scottsdalemovinghub.com\/?p=1641\">ADHS launches #LookBeforeYouLock campaign as temperatures rise in the Valley<\/a><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>It may be an emotional morning at the Maricopa County Superior Court on Wednesday.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Two weeks ago, the mother of 16-year-old Rylee Montgomery, a pregnant woman who died along with her unborn child, talked about the devastating loss.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u201cMy daughter was good,&#8221; Michelle said. &#8220;She was a good girl and was stolen away from me.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Montgomery was 14 weeks pregnant when she was shot and killed in a Buckeye neighborhood near Miller and Lower Buckeye roads on May 14. Montgomery&#8217;s friends, a 22-year-old woman and 17-year-old Abby Krebs, were both critically shot.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Krebs was also pregnant. She survived and was forced to deliver her baby early. Sadly, her newborn died days later.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The next morning, 18-year-old Michael Sanchez, the father of Montgomery\u2019s unborn baby girl, was arrested. He faces three counts of first-degree murder: one for Montgomery, and two for the unborn babies who lost their lives after the shooting.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Krebs later spoke about the heartbreaking loss of her son.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u201cHe was my little mini me, but he was taken from me too soon,&#8221; Krebs said. &#8220;It&#8217;s been indescribable.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/scottsdalemovinghub.com\/?p=1639\">Navajo Nation veterans receive new homes<\/a><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>19-year-old Antonio Tequida will also be in court this morning. He\u2019s accused of helping Sanchez escape after the shooting. Investigators say Tequida drove Sanchez to a friend&#8217;s house to hide from officers.
