SCOTTSDALE, Arizona \u2014 A late-night scratching sound led to a surprising discovery for a Scottsdale homeowner.<\/p>\n

Critter Evictors says it was called to the home after the residents reported hearing loud noises coming from the upper part of the house shortly after midnight. The homeowners said the scratching sounded much bigger than typical pests like mice or rats.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

When Critter Evictors arrived to inspect the home, a hole was found on an elevated section of the roof. After shining a flashlight inside, the technician came face-to-face with a pair of glowing eyes \u2014 belonging to a bobcat.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Critter Evictors AZ says the encounter is a reminder that wildlife will take advantage of any vulnerable entry point. If animals find access to a home, they can quickly make themselves comfortable inside.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

The company urges homeowners to regularly inspect their roofs and seal any openings to prevent unexpected visitors.<\/p>\n
