PHOENIX \u2014 A suspect was arrested for alleged indecent exposure at a Queen Creek Walmart, according to court documents.\u00a0<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, Queen Creek police were called to a Walmart near Ellsworth and Ocotillo roads due to reports of a man exposing his genitals to one of the store employees.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

The suspect was identified as Brent Lebran, 61.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

According to the documents, the suspect approached the victim initially when the victim was attending his duties in the store and drew attention to the suspect’s private parts, lifting his shirt, asking the victim if he wanted to touch his penis and the employee left the area.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

The victim was followed around the store, documents state.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

The victim took a break. When he returned to his duties, he went to the bathroom behind the store and Lebran followed him, documents say. \u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

While in the bathroom, Lebran allegedly lowered his shorts and showed his genitals to the victim, according to court documents.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

When police arrived, they looked into surveillance video and saw that Lebran was following the victim around the store. Video footage also showed Lebran going into the bathroom after the victim walked into the bathroom, documents state.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Officers located Lebran after they talked to the victim and arrested him. Lebran denied the accusations, documents say.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

Lebran faces a count of indecent exposure, public sexual indecent contact, sexual abuse and assault.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
