PHOENIX \u2014 A woman in Phoenix is facing multiple charges after allegedly performing cosmetic procedures without a valid medical license, according to Attorney General Kris Mayes.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Sayde Shea Holladay, the operator of SlimSlays, LLC, was indicted on three felony counts May 11.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

“Holladay is further alleged to have practiced medicine without a license and to have knowingly sold or transferred semaglutide and Botox \u2014 both prescription-only drugs \u2014 without authorization,” the attorney general’s office said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

The counts include unlawful practice of medicine, sale or transfer of prescription-only drugs and fraudulent schemes and artifices.<\/p>\n

According to court documents reported on by 12News earlier this month, Holladay was allegedly injecting clients with BOTOX and other fillers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Holladay posted videos of her injections on social media and an undercover officer visited her Phoenix office, paid for 50 mL of BOTOX and watched as she prepared the needle.\u00a0<\/p>\n

When a search warrant was executed, officers found medication and medical tools.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
