PHOENIX \u2014 A man was arrested for luring a minor for sexual exploitation on Thursday after two minors reported he approached them about sex near Sunnyslope High School.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Lavotric Jicole Newell was arrested after police say he approached a minor Wednesday morning, just before 7 a.m., and used crude language to say he wanted to have sex with them, according to court documents.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

Newell then approached another minor in the same way on Thursday.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

Officers were told Newell continued to follow one of the minors after being informed that they were a minor.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00a0The second victim told a school resource officer that Newell had told her he had just gotten out of prison, and they had a nice body. Even after being told the victim was a minor, Newell said he didn’t care and used crude language to say he wanted to have sex with her. \u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\n

The first victim recorded audio of the encounter, and the second victim took a picture of Newell after he followed her to a friend’s house.\u00a0<\/p>\n
