The detective who put him behind bars reflects on the case.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>With Stage 1 restrictions<\/strong> on State Trust lands in Mohave and Yavapai counties, these activities are prohibited:<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Building, maintaining, attending, or using a fire, campfire, charcoal, coal, or wood stove, other than in a developed campsite or picnic area.<\/li>\n<li>Smoking, unless it is within an enclosed vehicle or building.<\/li>\n<li>Welding or the use of any torch or metal cutting or grinding implement<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Stage 2 restrictions<\/strong> are found in La Paz, Maricopa, Yavapai, Yuma, southern Mohave, northern and western Pinal, and western Pima counties.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Building, maintaining, attending, or using a fire, campfire, charcoal, coal, or wood stove fire.<\/li>\n<li>Smoking, except within an enclosed vehicle or building. Smoking is prohibited in all federal buildings.<\/li>\n<li>Welding or the use of any torch or metal cutting or grinding implement.<\/li>\n<li>Discharging a firearm, air rifle or gas gun, except while engaged in a lawful hunt pursuant to state, federal, or tribal law, and regulations. (This restriction includes the BLM Phoenix District\u2019s developed recreational\u00a0shooting sites: Baldy Mountain, Box Canyon, Church Camp Road, and Saddleback Mountain.)<\/li>\n<li>Operating any internal combustion engine, such as a chainsaw or similar tool. Fire restrictions are already in effect in other parts of Arizona.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Fireworks and exploding targets are prohibited year-round on federally managed lands in Arizona. Fireworks and target shooting are prohibited year-round on Arizona State Lands.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Residents and visitors should check with the local office for area-specific restrictions and regulations.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/scottsdalemovinghub.com\/?p=809\">Woman accused in fake \u2018Bachelor\u2019 pregnancy case back in Arizona court<\/a><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>What is allowed<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Pressurized liquid or gas stoves, lanterns and heaters possessing shut-off devices are allowed.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>When using a portable stove, make sure the area is clear of grass and other vegetation, and that the stove is on a stable surface to prevent it from tipping and starting a fire.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Reminders to further help prevent wildfires:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Never throw cigarettes out of a vehicle window. \u00a0Use an ashtray instead.<\/li>\n<li>Never park a vehicle on dry grass, as the underside can get hot enough to ignite the vegetation.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure your vehicle is in good operating condition, tires are well inflated and check for any dragging metal or chains from towed trailers.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Fire restrictions are already in effect in other parts of Arizona. \u00a0Visitors should check with the local office for area-specific restrictions and regulations.
