PEACH SPRINGS, Ariz. — Grand Canyon West has been selected as one of the iconic American landscapes featured in Disney’s highly anticipated “Soarin’ Across America,” debuting May 26, 2026, at Walt Disney World Resort and July 2, 2026, at Disneyland Resort.

The immersive attraction highlights some of the nation’s most breathtaking locations, including the awe-inspiring vistas of Grand Canyon West.

Known for unforgettable experiences such as the glass-bottom Skywalk and sweeping panoramic views at Eagle Point and Guano Point, the destination now gains global exposure through Disney’s latest cinematic adventure.

Disney’s selection of Grand Canyon West goes beyond its scenery. Grand Canyon West was chosen because the site is deeply rooted in the heritage of the Hualapai Tribe, which owns and stewards 108 miles of the Grand Canyon, spanning more than one million acres.

This cultural significance played a key role in its inclusion, offering attraction guests a glimpse into both the natural and historical richness of the area.

Visitors to Grand Canyon West can experience the Hualapai culture firsthand through immersive offerings, including traditional dwellings, live performances, and storytelling that bring the tribe’s history and traditions to life.
