PHOENIX — A woman in Phoenix is facing multiple charges after allegedly performing cosmetic procedures without a valid medical license, according to Attorney General Kris Mayes.

Sayde Shea Holladay, the operator of SlimSlays, LLC, was indicted on three felony counts May 11. 

“Holladay is further alleged to have practiced medicine without a license and to have knowingly sold or transferred semaglutide and Botox — both prescription-only drugs — without authorization,” the attorney general’s office said. 

The counts include unlawful practice of medicine, sale or transfer of prescription-only drugs and fraudulent schemes and artifices.

According to court documents reported on by 12News earlier this month, Holladay was allegedly injecting clients with BOTOX and other fillers. 

Holladay posted videos of her injections on social media and an undercover officer visited her Phoenix office, paid for 50 mL of BOTOX and watched as she prepared the needle.

When a search warrant was executed, officers found medication and medical tools.
